University Memorial Garden dedication, Wednesday 6th May

Join us on Wednesday 6th May at 2.45pm as our Inter-faith Chaplaincy, along with our Clerk of Senate, formally dedicate the University's Memorial Garden in a short ceremony. Thanks to the skill of our Estates colleagues, this space to the rear of the Law School on Professors' Square has recently been transformed into a beautiful, colourful garden. We hope that it will provide a quiet, meditative place for people to take a moment to remember their loved ones. For more information, contact chaplaincy@gla.systa-s.com. All welcome.

Death Cafe, Semester 2 2025/2026

The Inter-faith Chaplaincy offers a monthly Death Cafe which aims to provide a safe space for students to talk about matters related to death and dying, in an informal environment.

We're returning to the rear of the Memorial Chapel for the session coming up on Thursday 26th March - see you there, for tea/coffee and cake, plus participant-led conversation. All students are welcome.

As always, if you would prefer to have a one to one conversation with a Chaplain about death and bereavement, please contact us by email and we can set up a supportive conversation with you: chaplaincy@gla.systa-s.com
