Research Fellows
Research Fellows in the College of Science and Engineering are supported by a wide range of prestigious fellowships from a diverse variety of funding bodies. These competitive fellowships are a platform for outstanding early career researchers to become leaders in their chosen research field, and offer the Fellows the opportunity to establish, or further develop, an independent research career through significant funding for up to 5 years.
The College runs a series of workshops and training events for potential fellowship candidates, as well as having a dedicated Research and Business Development team to support the academic staff and their applications.
Browse the profiles of our Fellows below and find out about:
- their experience of the College and department
- their careers and Fellowships so far
- advice they would give to potential applicants.
Our Fellows are always looking to work with collaborators, perhaps to work together on a common problem, or to look for joint funding opportunities. If you would be interested in exploring potential opportunities, please get in touch with the Fellows directly.
