Create, Make & Innovate Filmmaking Summer School

A flagship idea originated by Prof Karen Lury and closely aligned with the scca.partnerships project, the Create, Make & Innovate Filmmaking Summer School focuses on creative entrepreneurship, widening participation and community engagement by creating opportunities for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to gain new skills in filmmaking and creative practice.

The University of Glasgow is a Major Supporter of the TV Foundation, the charity behind the Edinburgh TV Festival, in their work to provide free-to-access career development opportunities, groundbreaking initiatives to improve inclusivity in the TV industry, and support new and emerging talent.
