  Roosevelt Institute for American Studies International PhD Seminar

  The international PhD seminar, organized twice a year at the RIAS, is a great opportunity for PhD candidates to share work in progress, receive feedback, and expand their networks. These seminars are small-scale, allowing for productive intellectual exchanges within an environment in which participants feel comfortable sharing their work. All are welcome, and we particularly invite PGT and PGR students so that we have a chance to connect with everyone working on any aspect of the United States at the University.

  The College of Arts & Humanities and Andrew Hook Centre for American Studies at the University of Glasgow are delighted to invite submissions for the 71st annual British Association for American Studies conference at the University of Glasgow, to be held from Thurs 9th to Sat 11th April 2026.
