Would you like to volunteer and make a positive difference to a new international student's experience of UofG?
Applications to be part of the international student buddying scheme are now open, and you could be a few clicks away from being the key to someone's brilliant university experience! International student buddying is a fantastic way to get involved in the university community, develop your own skills and help those who ordinarily may not have got involved.
This opportunity is open to all students and only requires a couple of hours a week during the semester 1. Whilst it is not a pastoral role, your main responsibilities will be around meeting your 'wee buddys', helping them enjoy their first semester at university and signposting them to support where appropriate. We would love to have you be part of this amazing opportunity
